Important Sign-Up Information:

• A minimum of 6 players per team is required to sign-up with a maximum of 9 players
• After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with a link to register your team and a link to our waiver.
• A completed and signed waiver is required for every participant before they can play.
• Participants under 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Filling out the waiver ahead of time will speed up check-in and get you playing faster when you arrive.
